Get ready for that airline interview simulator check: Improve your scan with some simulator time. Professionally brief the approach you desire, then actually fly it in the Sim. Fly approaches as many times as needed or desired. Work on Crew Resource Management (Instructor will act as ATC, Captain, First Officer, FSS, Company, etc.) Work on procedures. Even if you are airplane current, you need some simulator time for that airline interview/checkride.
